I presume HC hearing and so guess it will not get closed on 16th also as basis the decision SC will take a call? And all admissions had happened by 9th and the schools are supposed to provide the data of admission to DOE by tomorrow so what is the relevance of this stop order? Some schools have already started their classes. Anyways the decision of HC would have been basis the seats that are left vacant after all admissions are done-if they stop the process HC would not get that data. Thank god all admissions are done by 9th and HC would have the data now but didn't SC think over that and had admissions not happened what decision would HC/SC taken?

Comment by mahesh jain on April 11, 2014 at 9:36pm: A group of Elite people who have lots of money to spend on litigations and of course for education for there kids (i don't if they are interested in there kids education or not).... and they IST KIDS have all gud options but they want top notch schools not the odinary one.... this is the core of this court case battle.... what an irony that the arrogant attitude of few parents kept on hold the whole admission process
