In our judiciary system there is no accountability of judges like negligence on doctors n 1 judge listens to every type of case property, criminal, civil....they r not specialised so they r the people with least knowledge of law and there r no mechanism to revview there judging capabilities  and upgradation off knowlwdge

Schools do matter....personality development, behavior, thinking and confidence. How much hold do parents have on kids .

Just one thing amuses me, the constitution is one, its only the interpretation of it is what matters between HC & SC, is this case so technically puzzling, that SC overturned the HC division bench's order (2 judges) or is it something to do where SC needs to time and again make everybody realise who the ultimate superior boss is by overturning the decision?

I ve heard that proxy wars between the courts and even judges are very common in legal system.
