dont think so that would be res judicata(a matter that has been adjudicated by a competent court and therefore may not be pursued further by the same parties.)

@Mark William - What about those few 70 pointers who have taken admission post 3rd April and before 9th April as was directed by High Court? Will they be affected?

lets wait for 16th for more clarity regarding the fate of IST and 70 pointers hope this will be the last set of PIL for this session.

Those Alumni which were selected and have paid up by 9th april will be protected, High court or for that matter supreme court cant afford to further complicate the situation which is already in crisis mode, as refund of fees paid by alumni & other overheads charges paid will pose a great challenge for schools and parents alike

After securing seat in a good school for my child, i was really relieved and happy, 

but after today's SC stay, i am now in my earlier position that now will the admitted children will also suffer by this stay, when the session will start, if anything wrong goes, will school refund the entire fees, etc.
