But what means to fake and actual transfer case every where asking about domicile certificate we gave IST to be fair chance or equal chance of 70 points. Is it not enough for them? All are shows that we are the best why so???

@SACHHIN SAPRA EWS also should be Genuine.People who live in the flat of rs. 2cr. how he might have in the category. He is taking away the right of poor people. This is my opinion.

Transfer cases should not be entertained at all. Why some people who are coming from other states should have an edge over people born and brought up in delhi. They should have applied in schools like other parents. Now these people are asking for a QUOTA in schools and in future they will ask for QUOTA in DDA flats lottery as well.

Why transfer points should be provided to the IST?? What about the pain and agony of thousands of parents who have paid fees and taken the admission? SC can't hold thousands people in agony against the stake of just few IST cases? Even if it is question of justice.....how come people living in Delhi for long can be at disadvantage than the IST cases???
