I think individual cases should not be entertained at all.Now look at me I have applied to 15 schools but no admission till now does that mean I should also go to court.
Ridiculous people who go to court without genuine reasons.

Ranjan, that is an opinion of the lawyer....if u read the line carefully and not necessarily the Supreme Court....so just ignore for the moment and wait for next steps....

The kids who got admitted are sibling/alumni cases - hence no problem with them as the case is regarding transfer points..

The following line from the NDTV post means that the kids who got admitted are also in a temporary problem:
"The admissions already done will be subject to the Supreme Court's decision," said Nidesh Gupta, the lawyer for the parents.
Seems nowadays it is really easy to file a PIL and bring about a stay order anytime
