Comment by Nitin Goyal on April 11, 2014 at 1:08pm: This is what happened, when people decide while remaining in their Cylose and don't want to come out...Not tell me who hav already submitted fees and child has started going to school...all has been done as per DOE guidelines only...Don't they have right to go for another Litigation ?? HC has also decided on the basis of PIL only without considering the impact of decision on others which can lead to other logical legal cases...I do not know why Hoolistic Approach is not there amongst LG, DOE and HC....it raises question on capabilities of personnel at these posts...
