We have nt received any sms from St. Thomas, so shud we continue for the draw?

Also plzz suggest which to select out of the 2, St. Froebel or G. D. Goenka Paschim Vihar..

What if they sent it to a wrong number, They have not put a list also, no transparency at all. People who got sms, any idea how they have selected?even i went at karol bagh branch the day before yesterday.they do not have any idea(office staff,not guard).on what basis they are doing DOL and whom are they sending sending sms must get clear.
