St Thomas- what is the basis of this sms being sent, the only criteria would be neighborhood and I am within 8 km, still no sms. What if they sent it to a wrong number, tThey have not put a list also, no transparency at all. People who got sms, any idea how they have selected?

In RSJMS most seats are taken by Alumni & Sibling. Outsiders very rarely get a chance unless they have "contacts"
