What is refund policy guidelines by DOE, is there any restriction of time factor

I visited 3 schools, all of them r charging huge amount of fees with 50% refund in hand after withdrawal..

@ Sakshi Pls suggest what to do bcs The Sriram will finalise the List on 16th only after general quota verdict by court. That is clear against the order of high court. Will DOE will do something on that.

Is there any hope for fr agnel third list ?? any drop outs from second list ....pls confirm.
