Thanks for your reply but i am still not very clear. Allow me to repeat my question.

1. as per hc/doe, if the name of child comes in any school - i should block a seat till 9th april. If i don't, my name gets cancelled.

2. If this school is minority and i send my child to this school but post 16th will she be eligible for draws in other schools also.
