no u have misunderstood there is Delhi school education Act , which gives power to government to issue some guidelines, schools can have autonomy biut not beyond the Act. and as judgment clearly upheld ganguly ommittee recommendations, govemnet has to issue Admission order as per those recommendations. and 

I agree with Surbhi Sharma.....As I already mentioned , school will have full control to impose their own rules and regulations!!

The moment parents know the release date of forms , school will not accept your forms...everything will go off the track :(

When are the school forms expected now? Another round of legality involved for forms etc or now schools can release forms any day? 

What kind of Decision is this? It will lead to ambiguity and confusion and will lead to harassments of parents.

It means school will impose their own regulations which will definitely affect many parents!

This is really the height of such non-sense where no control over the school and in the end children would get affected. Deserving children wont get admissions now and school will bribe like anything.....very ashamed decision.............
