Some schools are starting their nursery session from 23rd april...I just don't understand when the SC has stay the session till 28th april, then how can the schools can start the classes...Please Sakshi help

Complaint of Delhi international school sector-23 dwarka with DOE

I Vijay Kumar Gupta father of Master Garvit Gupta want to state about the behaviour of Delhi Internation School Sector-23 Dwarka in which i have deposited fee for nursery admission after Honorable Delhi High Court on 07/04/2014 Rs.43115/- and even after the Supreme Court order dated 11/04/2014 about stay for session by schools even this School has started session from 15/04/2014 and started looting parents in dirrent way of selling books, school bag heavy quantities of stationery like 20 pencils and today when i entered in the school for school uniform they have opened shop in school itself and selling at very high prices. When i taken the uniform and did not agree for purchase of school shoes for Rs.2000/- then he denied that it is school orders that you have to purchase complete set including Shoes of Rs.2000/-. So unless school will not write we can not sell without shoes as it is school shop. When i approached to school reception for this episode then they asked to write an application as it is our school procedure and after so much arguments i have written an application then that application was moving to two three person and at last i left the school that whenever result comes intimate me. Then on the way i got call from that school principal wants to meet me and i replied now not possible and i will meet tomorrow. So i want to know whether school has got affiliation for providing education to the children  or they are doing business for selling items at very high price by emotional black mailing as parents have not so much time or they will not in a position to argue with school staff and feel embarrassed in front of other students and parents as we are arguing for these things. So i request to kindly take action this school for starting of session after supreme court order and doing compulsory business children in the form of education. and also want to know the what will happen to our fees deposited with the school. 

Delhi International School Sector-23 Dwarka has started the nursery session from 15/04/2014 even after the order of stay by hon'ble Supreme court. So that means private school are covered to obey the orders of even Supreme court of india. Is it correct?
