Courts are not totally closed in vacations. There are vacation jusdges appointed in every court from HC to SC. Only urgent matters are heard in vacation.

Pendnecy in courts is due to govt fault as they have not created and filled judge vacancies in various courts citing lack of funds.

@sushil bhat sir i concur.... i am a teacher and when students get summer vacations we also do get the vacation... but in urgency and some special work we have to report to the school and any other work...can't courts do some extra work????

Just a thought .... sorry if it hurts our honerable judges .....

(And teacher gets very good holidays that's a saperate topic of discussion and can argue a lot about it)...

But my focus is on admissions and i say to all plez pray to god for some good verdict

But Sushil they deserve it. Our country is being run by courts only. Look at the amount of cases they hear every day in the court, then prepare for next day's cases in the evening till late night. Hats off to them. If it was not court all hardened criminals would be in Parliament and many Subroto Roy's in the country.

Please dont pin hopes on 21st April. Courts are never swayed by emotions.  But still happy atleast some verdit will be out from SC hopefully before 15th may 14.

@mahesh

It is preposterous to even imagine that in a country where Judicial system moves at snails pace and lacs of long peding cases, courts are allowed to have summer vacations. They are still living in 'The Raj' era.

@sachhin sir all hop now with SC and hope that SC will come up with some verdict.....
