yes, the person has a seat in Sanskriti, i can vouch for it. I went for the orientation and ofcourse his ward's name was there along with the folder for him. Also, i would like to add that the comment was put by the person in question on Friday night, that is after the stay

@Sachin - that could be a possibility. It seems they were contesting the scrapping of 5 points. Also in the HC today they (I don't know which group of IST paresnts) asked for increasing the seats to accommodate the valid ISTs I guess.  Scrapping everything at this moment and starting with fresh guidelines will not only lead to further delay but there is a possibility that new sets of PILs will start pouring in the HC and SC and so on. I agree with increase in seats but scrapping the existing system is not the right thing at least in the current year. I don't know whether SC will consider these or not. They should create a win-win for all.

I am not supporting any fake cases of IST. But if all schools start publishing the addresses of applicants then you will be shocked to find that addresses are wrong without any supporting dox. DPS RKP published all the addresses and they were flooded with complaints all were removed and they had to come up with a warning on their website.  So if 50 % applicants under IST were doing wrong that does not mean all IST cases were fraud. I am not a supporter of IST case from the beginning but our govt has created a situation wherein genuine IST cases are trying get a foot hold/say.  

My daughter was shortlisted in two schools, as per the HC order we had to choose one, 1st school -we didn't get any positive feedback from anyone known to us, 2nd school- very expensive for us (when we applied we didn't know the fee structure) but we chose the second one. we paid all the fees (including first 3months) . she was so happy in play school and loved it. now she asks me everyday "mumma when will I go to school?" I feel like going to these people who have created this mess and ask them to answer her question.

Babita, I think lets not go so far. Lets wait till 21st but definitely the fee of April is definitely a question because classes cannot start in April in the current situation for sure.

@Sumeet - In EWS also people are submitting forged affidavit but nothing happened nobody cursed them than why only ist parents only to be cursed

you are saying that AN team will highlight the fee issue, will you also highlight the issue of fee for those parents who have taken admission of their ward and paid full first quarter fee, what about those parents. If after SC order session will start from July and rather admission will start from July, then the parents will pay the fees from July onwards, but those parents who were told to deposit the fees till 9th April, and secure a seat, what is in their favour.

Sudipto I am not aware whether Mr major has lost or got his seat .I am not even sure whether he is still contesting the case. Quite possible other parentsare contesting. That is why permission to file SLP was taken from SC . Usually no permission is required to file appeal/SLP in SC. It seems(i am not sure) some parents who were not party to HC proceedings have approached SC directly and sought intervention. AS HC case was being heard under MAjor name so it will continue in SC as well.
