3rd April :- HC allowed admission to confirmed seats except IST candidates.
IST candidates filed appal with SC and SC fiund fault with above HC order and stayed the above HC order. So now HC hands are tied it cant do anything till the time SC decides on IST issue.
SC hearing probably on 21st April

I dnt understand tat in the news it was that sc puts a stay till 16th april n now hc has not decided anythng so the stay is still on.

No verdict till 20th April . More litigation after 21st April in SC. Only DOE/LG can take parents out of this mess.

SC might hear on 21st April. HC cannot hear because SC has prima facie found fault with its order.
HC hearing on 7th May as SC might decide the matter in April.

I think the time has come that we need to leave our computers and Stand in front of LG/DOE to solve the mess which they have created . Lets fix up a DATE and Time and catch MR Jung who has created this mess. Sitting at Office/Home and cribbing/commenting will not help anyone now.

HC REFUSED TO HEAR AFTER SC STAY.NURSERY ADMISSION CASE DEFFERED TILL 7 MAY .COURT SAID WE ARE WAITING FOR SC ORDER IN THE MATTER.

How can anyone expect that HC will do hearing when SC is seized of the matter.
ALL PARENTS PLEASE ENJOY GOOD WEATHER WITH YOUR CHILD. 3 HOLIDAYS APPROACHING. NOTHING TO DISCUSS TILL 21ST APRIL AND THAT TOO IF MATTER IS LISTED IN FINAL LIST. REPEATDLY DISCUSSING SOMETHING WHICH IS NOT UNDER OUR CONTROL IS WASTE OF ENERGY.
