Sakshi ji, you have mentioned that it will affect 70 pointers only.
So, can it be understood that schools can start their session with Sibling and alumni children?

I THINK SACHIN HAS EXPLAINED VERY WELL IN ANOTHER THREAD

Let me simplify the interpretation. SC order means that at present, status which existed before passing of 3 rd April 2014 HC order, shall prevail. i.e no classes, admission process stand still as if no HC order of 3 APril was passed. Even 4th April 2014 circular is stayed. Making choice issue also, as of now stayed. But this does not mean that HC order was illegal but SC has prima facie found fault in the order and has agreed to hear IST grievance. If SC is satisfied after hearing all parties that HC order was correct then it may restore the order or amend the order or may pass some other order.

Till 21st everyone give time to your lovely children.

all the best

As per HC order of 3/4/2014, selected 70 point-ers were asked to take admission, which is now stayed by SC, so that means selected 70 point-ers(paid fee also) may or may not be valid after final SC order... So in any case there is no point in starting session before SC final order(atleast for 70 point-ers)...

Monika

It says schools have to follow SC order which means "STAY" on Nursery Admissions. Will it be fair for parents whose kids are  sitting at home .Moreover No one knows what SC will decide . So parents might not like the idea of not being selected after SC stay.

Schools just want to get fees  for current month else why many established school put session /orientation on hold.

What does the above order mean? It nowhere mentions that school cannot start new session. Schools like KR Manglam are saying that they have already completed admission process and this stay is on any further draw of lots. Is it so?
