Is it a confirmed news...no points to be given to transfer cases? Has high court given its verdict?

Now if it has been done......great news for Delhites:) But now the sum total becomes 95 points. I think every parent would agree that the first born children are at disadvantage in this new point system. Lets also fight to replace transfer points with first born child.........because second born children already are having the best possible score of 90 points. Then the system becomes fairer.
