Nursery Admissions - 3+ is too early

3+ is to early my daughter is december 2011 born n she will go jst 3 year 3 months which is too early i realy think the age should b increased for late born children. If i dont want to get her admission in 2015 2016 next year schools will not take her as thy will say she has crossed the age limit, pls suggest

Clearly this is a very tender age but no one is vocal about it..formal schooling should start late as it happens in other countries ..
