SUB- Refund Of Nursery admission Fess

 I  had taken admission for my son in G.D. Goenka Public School, Sector-22, Rohini, New Delhi on 19^th March 2013, I had completed all the formalities and deposited fees of Rs.82904/-

On the other hand my son was shortlisted in some other School, in  Rohini,Delhi on 27^th March, 2013, as our preference was for the second school so we requested G.D. Goenka Public School, Sector-22, Rohini to cancel our admission and refund the fees amount that had been deposited.

          On 1^st April we had given request letter to G.D. Goenka Public School, Sector-22, Rohini to refund the fees amount but till date we have not got the refund, as per your circular Feb, 2011 which clearly says that if such is the case the school from which the withdrawal is being taken must refund the fees amount, but till date we have not got the refund.

The school has been requested repatedly but no action is taken till now. Also the matter has been brought is news of  education director but still no action
