Age of the Child

Dear Sir / Madam,

My son will turn 3 on 20th March 2017. Hence, according to rules, when he starts his classes on 1st April, he would be 3 yrs & 11 days old.

I would like to know if he can seek admission in nursery in the year 2018 as he would 4 yrs and 11 days on 1 April 2018.

Kindly advice.
