Ahlcon international school is forcing the parents to shell out extra Rs 200/- on the name of "System Charges / Electronic Processing Charges" (http://www.ola.ahlconinternational.com/welcome_PreSch.htm). They are not providing the registration forms for General category and registration can be done through online mode only.

Is this not against the DOE guidelines according to which schools should charge only Rs 25/- for registration forms and parents should not be forced to pay extra?
