Is Blossoms Blue Bells school, sarita vihar part of Blue bells, Kailash colony?

Blue bells kailash colony says management is same but school is different and there is no transfer. But I found many things ambiguous. First, the Blossoms have no website of their own. They have their details in Just dial only which has images of Blue bells kailash colony and website of Blue bells only. They dont have images of their own school in sarita vihar. why is that? The number given in just dial is of a guard. Who puts number of a guard?

Bluebells itself is not transparent about the information. No mention of blossoms in their website. Moreover, Blossoms, sarita vihar is still taking admission in nursery even if someone has not filled in the form in december and not registered. How is it possible? 

Are they misleading the parents or something fishy with blue bells also. Because we parents had to go through such a trauma looking for schools and filling out the forms, submitting them, running here and there and here is this school that without hassle and not much tension, you get admission and easily transferred to main school. this is not fair. if that is the case, the main school should have advertised it and be transparent about it. this is wrong.
