Doe issues notification after Mr Sumit Vohra writes to Education Min /Dir Doe regarding clarity as parents were confused due to notification issued dated on 13 Jan that admission would be started from 16 Jan,

Dear All

As per the order in HC is reserved,we want to clarify that tomorrow admissions will not start.

Mr Sumit Vohra has requested Education Minister / Director Doe to issue new Notification tomorrow or ASAP and clear the status.Any schools starting school would be doing CONTEMPT OF COURT (warning to all the schools)

Just now we got clarification from Director Education that after recent HC judgement on 13 Jan 2014,only Minority schools can start admissions (Earlier they could not) and form their own guidelines(already posted on forum) but not other schools.

Hope this ends all confusion and parents can proceed with admissions in minority schools

Likewise videography during admission selection, Can you push the guidelines to cover this selling of forms at schools or the venues? It might help curb the wrong practices.

All those who havn't bought the forms today would they get chance when HC opens the distribution, concerning shortage?

Comment by abc on January 16, 2014 at 6:52pm: all these school get their land allotted on pretext that they will abide by the rules of DOE but no one follows, and there not been a single school which has been penalized for such a gross violation, if any action taken by DOE they just knock the doors of the Court and escape with minimum fine
