To my understanding it is more than 8 km from school..

So as per SC guideline would seat be still given in the selected school even if it is more than 8 km..

also disposed off the pending writ petitions and appeals in
Han'ble Delhi High Court in this regard. Therefore, the Unaided
Recognised Public Schools shall complete the process of
admissions of remaining seats, which were kept vacant in view
of Order of the Hon'ble High Court dated 03.04.2014 in LPA
237 & 238 of 2014. These seats shall be filled immediately by
conducting the draw of lots, if required, on the basis of
direction No. 3 of this Directorate's order No.
F.DE.15/1031/Act-l/2014/21645-56 dated 27.02.2014.
