You should show them DOE notification and insist on paying monthly fees ,most of schools are taking .

@Surya, All schools recognised  DOE are covered under this.

@Sampath, No play school do not come under DOE.

@Srijan,Yes all school which are under DOE have to follow this.If you have receipt for cash paid ,you can always ask school to refund .

We had to pay entire amount for two quarters in cash in advance at the time of admission in a minority school. What is the option available for us?

Will this Notification be applicable also on those minority schools who claim to be exempted from RTE?

Only for Delhi schools right now .

Can somebody confirm if the order of the court is being on Schools in Noida as well.
