Having heard so much about DPS Indirapuram, I decided to fill up the otherwise costly form of the school which cost me Rs 3360. The forms of other schools cost nothing much compared to DPS but I went ahead with the decision having heard of the quality of education and management of the school.

We were told that students shall be called for interaction and then be shortlisted after the personal interaction. However, on reaching the school, the scene was of a complete chaos. There was no such thing as so called ' personal interaction'  rather kids were pulled out of the laps of their mothers by unknown faces while they were screaming and crying. There was no proper arrangement of seats and in the confusion and chaos, children went nuts , screaming and crying. We were told that there was a talk in the auditorium about the school and admissions but no such ' school admission' related talk happened. The day was spent in dilemma, chaos, confusion and amazement. Until end, i could not figure out that there was no ' Interaction Session' held but a sorta promotional event held.

I returned home dejected. I waited for some update from the school but have not received any yet. I choose to believe that my kid was not so called 'shortlisted' for the admission in the PRESTIGIOUS DPS INDIRAPURAM.

Well, my concern is that 'On What Basis Were the Kids Shortlisted?' A Lottery System? A Random Pull of Cards? Or Influences?
Is this how we shall decide the fate of thousands of kids? ?If there was no interaction held for the shortlisting, on what grounds did they shortlist the kids and why were we told that kids shall be shortlisted on the basis of interaction?

Another of my concern is that ' Are we not victims of Commercialization in the name of Education?'
If the school was clear about the number of lottery tickets they were to draw, i.e, the number of kids they were to take randomly, why the hell were we made to pay such a huge sum of money for a mere form? Just calculate how much can the school earn by making parents fool in the name of shortlisting and interactions. This is a complete FRAUD.

I am utterly disappointed with the school and the way it has commercialized education.
Hope these concerns reach the required people and our sum which was paid in vain shall be refunded.
