duplicate names in shortlisted TMIS lists

Mothers Internation School, check the pre primary and pre school list- 2 names same, parents name same but form number different. How did the school miss it even if parents filled twice for 2 different levels?

there is a worse case Kunjan Mishra, he has been selected in pre school but name also in pre primary waiting. Its like taking away one big chance from another kid and his family.
