Hi,

I filled the online registration form for Amity Noida. Received and email from them and it says that 

1. Forms will be strictly accepted only through the Parents, on the date of the submission.

So, my question is:

Both parents required to submit the form or any one is ok?

Is there any questionnaire or form filled on that day or just form submission?

Please advise.
