I am seeking admission for a child belonging Disadvantage Group.

May I know the documents required specifically for DG ?

Can any body help me to know if documents need to be attested ?

EWS/ DG forms will be available along with the general quota forms or is there any other specific date  ?

Can we fill EWS/DG Group forms online aswell ?

Do we have to submit attested copies for the documents along with the application form ?

Please guide me through for the complete admission Procedure.
