For IST Category

My son has got selected in a school from IST category, but SC is supporting who they are lounge PIL for IST category This is not fair for us ,why school not increasing seats .if they give admission from back gate when where is gone RTI ????? so why they are not increasing seats for all children who they from IST category.

now our issues are
-the children who have applied under IST category have not applied under "70" points category. now in all other cases , the admission process has been cleared off , but for IST category its completely on halt. Why it was not decided that if DOE has decided to withdraw the extra points to IST category, these cases should be considered into normal category & these children should have been included in the draw for 70 marks .in fact children under IST category were disqualified without allowing to participate in the admission process.

-if Hon'ble supreme court today gives verdict for the those parents only who have approached to the Apex court , what will the recourse available for the parents under IST category.esp for the parents , who being the matter subjudiced, waited for justice in stead of increasing the number of PIL.
