I have applied for cancellation in BBBV within one month but they are telling they will refund only 35k out of 60k. 25k will not be refundable. We paid the fee through DD and this DD of 60k was payable at Delhi. your urgent help & advise needed.

Comment by Saurabh Agarwal on October 14, 2013 at 2:12pm: I have deposited 66,700 as a DD, in Amity international school, vasundhara, (sec-6), now I have filed for cancellation of the admission (within one month of depositing the demand draft) because of the sudden relocation, but Amity is saying that they will only refund the 8,000 amount and that too after a year. please suggest what should I do now as I am badly in need of that money. Comment by abhat on February 8, 2013 at 5:27pm: Indian Heights Dwarka accepting all 50k (toward admission fee and 1st qtr fee) in CASH only. Receipt given only for 30k. Balance 20K (towards so called 'Activity fees') is non refundable and no receipt given. FOr the 30k where receipt is given the refund (after deducting around 10k) is possible only within 7 days of payment. Parents need to sign affidavit on the same at time of admission. CLEAR VIOLATION OF DOE GUIELINES.

BASICALLY I AM INTERESTED TO KNOW ABOUT THE SAPLINGS PASCHIM VIHAR. THEY DID NOT HAD ANY POINT SYSTEM DISPLAYED ON THEIR WEBSITE. NO LIST IS ALSO PUBLISED. ONE HAS TO GO TO THE SCHOOL AND THEY WILL INFORM. THEY ARE ASKING FOR DD OF 50K.

The fee submission date they have given is for 4th feb...we are in a fix what to do...as we are waiting for the list for other schools as well.
