I do not understand one thing about the point system. If parents with less than 70 points have no chance of getting the admission or will even be get considered about the draw then why the hell schools sell their forms to these people and why even they have something called less than 70 points?

They should set the criteria clearly that those who live in such and such places will be considered, for example Montfort School which is in Ashok Vihar. If no one below 70 points is eligible then why they even have the options to give 60, 50 and so on points?
