I am in a big problem and looking forward for a best and right solution to my problem.

I am done with all the admission formalities for my Son Himaarsh and he is 22 Oct 2008 born.

I have selected Ryan International School Gurgaon and as per their age criteria Himaarsh is eligible for Mont 1 i.e Pre Nursery however I have gone for re evaluation for him and as per the results from the teachers his knowledge level is fit for MONT 2 i.e Nursery and they have given a  green signal to me that I can go for nursery admission.

For nursery, Himaarsh is falling short by 22 days as per the 30 Sep 2008 age cut off....

Now the problem is CBSE Board might stop him at the time of 10th class board becoz minimum age for 10th board is 16 years and himaarsh will be 15 years 10 months and 22 days and school is giving me no solution for this and not ready to give any surity on the same.

Now please advice me shall I take a risk for Nursery OR not ??
