But domicile certificate will also take 21 days can the purchase agreement used as residence proof? In case i have electricity bill in name of my father or my paternal aunt do i need to submit any document to certify my relation? Plz suggest.

I live in paryavaran complex Saket. Besides Mother's internatinal, most of nearby schools like BVN, Tagore international, Indian School are denying rent aggrement as residence proof. How anyone living in rented accomodation can obtain such permanent residence proofs like ration card, voter ID, UID or passport? Do everytime we have to get our address changed on these documents along with change in accomodation as no landlord gives his house to same tenant for long time. Till last year all schools were accepting rent agreement. Even they didn't put this information on their sites. How these document can be obtained on such short notice? Isn't it voilation to Right to Education.

I have faced the similar problem in Mothers International School. We are residing in Company owned accommodation in Hauz Khas. They are not accepting even MTNL bill as address proof which is in my name and has the address of Hauz Khas. I do not have either of the mentioned documents having address of Haux Khas since I have come from Outside Delhi 5 years Back. Requesting Mr Sumit Vohra to please help and let me know if there is a way out for working parents who stay in company/leased accommodation.
