Nursery Admission: Complaint against Sri Venkateshwar International school Dwarka:

My daughter's name was selected in the second list held in first week of March for General category, but the school is not honouring.

I have been contacting the school again and again including personal visits, emails, and phone calls to number 011-42815336. I also have the chain email chasers sent to them.

During one of the visits I was allowed to meet the Chairman (Mr Solanki) on 9th Apr'14 after 3 hours of waiting at reception, but he told me he is offering paid seats @Rs 3,00,000. But then advised me that in his opinion, the Supreme court would upheld the second draw held in March, and that I should wait till then.

But now that the Supreme court has actually upheld the Second draw, and DOE has also issued matching guidelines of upholding the second list of draw which was held due to vacancies created by transfer cases, they are not ready to honour the second draw, saying the school management has rejected second draw.

Whereas, the school admitted one child from my neighbourhood, whose name was there in same second list, but not my daughter.

And, one more child from my neighbourhood was admitted without name in any list till now.

However, they held another draw on 9th May 2014 at 1.45 PM, without completing the admission of previous draw, which has been upheld by Supreme court of India, and accordingly communicated by DOE in it's circular date 8th May2014, through point 3.
