Can anyone give me a correct answer?

Comment by priyanka gupta on December 19, 2013 at 11:53am: How is this point system fair? We do not have good schools in every part of the state. East Delhi does not have any good schools around. With Distance made that big a criteria, our children will most suffer. Such a criteria is only successful in US where all schools are equally good. This is not fair at all.
