What about the areas which don't have schools within the radius of 6 km.  Since I am residing in Naraina, I dont see any school options for my daughter except the Naraina schools.   These are not good guidelines for us for sure.

Can schools further divide distance points in slabs? For e.g. 0 to 3 km 70 points and 3 to 6 km 30 points.

Excellent rules. I hope they are implemented. Chances are that schools will go to court against this guidelines

This is just awesome. I hope all school follow this guideline. I feel bad for people looking for admission of their second or third child. 

Also no management quota. I doubt if schools apply this.
