@ Suneet...FYI- Schools like Bal Bharti, springdales have not conducted their draws for 70 pointers

very highly unlikely as one of the PIL is by the parents selected in first draw and another one by those genuine cases impacted in Inter State. its not going to be easy for the court.

@Suneetji what if court just vacates the stay?

Then second draw will be valid?

Comment by Suneet Sethi on March 26, 2014 at 5:01pm

Now the instructions will come from court as the way forward. There are children who got  through the first draw (the original one) and there are ones from second redraw lot. this is my guess - if the court finds that PIL's challenging the processes held till 27th is not supported by data, then court in its full authority can reinstate the earlier process and additionally it can go the other way and in extremes - a full process with revised criteria's. its wait and watch for parents.

Thanks Suneet
Point 1 is clear that schools have shared data as per original draw conducted by them.
While I am actually concerned as my daughter got through Queens Valley School Dwarka in the last /final draw conducted by them.
Unfortunately that draw was put on hold due to the HC orders.
But ambiguity lies which list would the doe consider as final if at all there are no redraws (the previous draws or the final ones).

As per original process pre 6th March ruling  - first list was to be out by 28th Feb which was stayed on 27th. most draws did conclude the process. More details can be provided if you can specify the school who as per you has not conducted draw? Additionally schools have to share data as per 27th Feb and not on any consequence after that.

Sakshi- Can you or someone please tell me when schools who haven't yet conducted the draw (expected by 7-Apr-14 as per doe's latest guidelines)how come they are showing applications selected based on different parameters. Since all previous draws were nullified by DOE itself.
And if these schools are sharing the data based on the previous draws conducted by them the draws were directed to be conduectde again by DOE Actually most of the schools were yet to conduct a fresh draw as per last DOE guideines (due on 7-April-14 for first cut off list)

honorable court is seeking data so it can show facts to all PIL filers. its actually true that people have taken a view of top schools and filed PIL's and will do so till the time they don't get their wards in what they want. but on the other hand gain of one will be a loss of other. Now hopefully court will take a data based approach and lift the stay and nullify all pils.
