Comment by Pankaj D on March 26, 2014 at 11:16am: In the remarks column of Point No. 6 it is clearly mentioned that "Inter State Transfer criteria was scrapped vide notification dated 27.03.14". In fact HC has reprimanded DoE during the last hearing and asked for more clarification in the report submitted by them.

Hearings are happening regularly and in case DoE again fails to provide the desired data; than Div. Bench of HC may give an adverse remark to DoE. Isn't it good that HC is intervening and we parents have some hope. Hon’ Judges also require time to examine a case as complex like this…

I know admissions are getting delayed but personally speaking some delay is a very less price that we may pay as compared to the present mess of admissions process.
