Since the formulation of guidelines is in process by Action Committee Unaided Private Schools, Delhi and DoE, which also filed petition for quashing the last years guideless implicated by Hon’ble LG, Delhi Government, can we suggest the following points for consideration and giving a deep thought while finalizing the School Guidelines from academic session 2015-16 onwards:

(i) Shouldn’t be there a fixed Admission & Tuition fee at par with fee structure adopted by all Delhi Government/Public Schools apart from other development/conveyance charges etc.

(ii) While deciding the 100 point system; shouldn’t the points for First Child be kept on higher/equivalent to the distance criteria;

(iii) Very importantly, since there is rise in child molestation cases in recent past especially in Delhi, shouldn’t a child be allowed to carry personal monitoring/surveillance device(s) provided by their parents alongwith him/her all the time as & when he/she leaves from residence to school till back from school to residence which will not only give him/her full time safety/security but also would help the parents know the activities being done in school hence, without compromising with the safety of the child; (iv) under EWS quota, schools still demand fees on one or the other grounds, could this be slashed for any reason for which it is being demanded since, EWS parents are not seen capable to deposit fees that occasionally demanded by Schools from time-to-time and have to arrange from their own helps;

(iv) The Action Committee Unaided Schools, Delhi, is finalizing the guidelines for academic session 2015-16 and devising parameters/point system. If Action Committee has been given the responsibility of devising the parameters, then shouldn’t those point system only be considered by Public Schools or otherwise what the Action Committee is heading for All Delhi Public Schools!

This was my observations since joined Admission Nursery.Com and hope, the Action Committee / DoE take above points for giving a deep thought while finalizing the guidelines from academic session 2015-16
