Why points to alumni??? Maximum weight-age should be given to distance criteria. Further points to siblings is a must but not highest priority to them only.Last year ponts sytem was the best one except transfer pints and alumni points. Further ditance range may be increased but in my view 8kms was not too bad.

Comment by Dr Poonam Sharma on December 10, 2014 at 3:56pm: I will choose the school which is closest to my home... the reason being i dont see any point making a 3 plus kid travel delhi's traffic everyday (keeping in mind the rush, pollution and driving practices) and also the safety issues what all is not happening in cabs n buses

Format of affidavit and where to get it done from for the first child ? 3. Are there points this year for first child ?4. sending both child in same school is more convenient . It is practical thought.

Why distance point is so important ? for eg. Grade A school is available at 5 kms and Grade B at 1 km from home, then which you will choose?

Points for Sibling;

Points for First Child;

Points for Children with Special needs;

No extra points for Alumni, or make it an alternate to Sibling/First Child points;

No extra Points for Girl Child;

No extra Points for Transfer;
