The first quarter fee April, May & June was paid by you in May at the time of admission(15980{15780+200}), now the demand is for 15780 for second quarter July, Aug & September. People who have got admission in July are also forced to pay 31000(April to September fee), although I don't agree with this policy, but you see schools act in their own way and they don't leave anything, there is no DOE policy with regards to this.

Ideally you should be liable to pay fee from May to September as you secured admission in May, but schools are following their own methods.
