After issuance of notification by DOE, I have a strong doubt on "Draw of lots system" for allotment of seats (in case of more applications received for less seats available).

If a school "XXX" has 80 seats remaining for 400 applications having 70 points in common. On the basis of "Draw of lots system", 80 candidats will be selected in presence of parents and whole process will be videographed too.

What about the selection criteria for balance seats in case of withdrawals by parents. Schools will never arrange for second event of "Draw" to fulfill these seats.

I suggest, there should be a "waitlisted candidate" list (limited between 10-20 seats) should be generated at the time of "Draw of lots system" in presence of parents. It means that If a school "XXX" has 80 seats remaining and going to conduct "Draw of lots system" to select candidates for these seats. They should draw 20 extra candidates (may be termed as "waitlisted candidates"), which may be confirmed in case any parents withdraw their application after being selected in "Draw of lots system" for General caregory seats.
