Private School not following HC stay order
Brain Internationa School declared result of 28 Jan and given time till 29 Jan to deposit non refundable fees. On asking the school mangement about the stay order of HC on admission of Nursery classes for FY 2013-14 they have replied that they are not following court order and going on with admission process and will close admission today. This is contempt of court. Please suggest remedial measures for the same if anybody is having experience.

Same is with Bal Bhavan Mayur vihar school, they are also going to close the addmission for the first list on 2nd feb 2013. This is clearly contempt of high court. No idea what they parents should do, wait for the high court decision or just take the addmission in the schools, which are taking addmissions immediatly..
