EWS / Disadvantaged Group Children - Manual registration form can be collected and submitted along with required documents at the respective Junior Schools - DPS Vasant Vihar, E-71, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi 110057 and DPS East of Kailash, F-Block, East of Kailash, New Delhi-110065 on all working days (Monday to Friday) from 1st January 2013 to 15th January 2013 between 10:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. (Click here to view EWS/Disadvantaged Group Instructions in Hindi)

Important Notice

It has been observed that some parents under EWS/Disadvantaged group have also applied under general category. If the child is granted admission in the general category, the rules & regulations formulated for general category have to be followed and the parents will have to pay the stipulated fee.

The admission process has been carefully designed to provide equal opportunity to all applicants and to maintain transparency in the admission procedure.

Every year, we have more applicants than number of seats available. Therefore, if a candidate is unable to secure a seat, it is in no way a reflection of his / her caliber.

Final Admission Formalities
Final admission is subject to verification of the following documents to be produced in Original. Photocopies will not be accepted as proof. However, a set of photocopies of the documents will be required to be attached with the enrollment form.

a)	Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation (Original Certificate will be submitted to the school)
b)	Proof of residence Passport / Registered Lease Deed / Electricity Bill / MTNL Bill / Water Bill / Unique Identification Card / Electoral Card / Ration Card (For EWS / Disadvantaged Group) Note: School will also verify the residential address through home visit.
c)	In case of Sibling, a copy of Fee Bill issued by the school office for the Academic Session 2012-2013.
d)	In case of Alumni, a copy of the passing certificate of AISSCE (Class XII) issued by CBSE.
e)	In case of First Born Child, a notarised undertaking, signed by both parents, must be submitted as Certificate of Authenticity.
f)	In case of applicants with Minimum Special Needs (a child, who can be mainstreamed under inclusive education with the available medical facilities in the school), a copy of Certificate of Disability from a Medical Officer of a Govt. Hospital.
g)	In case of Single Parent, legal documents (Death Certificate and Undertaking of Single Status) would be required.
h)	In case of EWS / Disadvantaged Group Category, Annual Income Certificate of the parents issued by S.D.M. of the area or Tehsildar will be required with date of Issue not earlier than 31st March, 2012 (Original Certificate will be submitted to the school) or BPL Ration Card (Yellow Coloured) or AAY Ration Card (Pink Coloured). Refer to the guidelines provided alongwith the EWS / Disadvantaged Group Category form issued by Directorate of Education (As given in Point number 1b). In case of Orphan, a certificate issued by the Women and Child Development Department of GNCT of Delhi shall be considered.
	Important Note: Admission is subject to verification of the documents listed in point no. 14.

Specially coz infra at Amity Pushp vihar is good and it follows same methodology as AMity Saket which is older and better planned... I had a discussion on this with a teacher ( friend )at Amity Pushp vihar.. her one kid is in saket and other in Pushp vihar.
