It means if have " Transfer"/Recongnised awardee parents" you give them suppotting documents. but now schools are manipulating Transfer points, so BETTER ENQUIRE WHAT THEY CONSIDER TRANFER

1 IF YOU HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED FROM ANY CITY OUTSIDE DELHI TO DELHI IN LAST ONE YEAR( GENUINE POINTS LIKE DPS GIVE)

OR

2 IS YOUR JOB TRANSFERABLE -THAT EVERY ONE GETS THE LETTER FROM OFFICE( LIKE INDIAN SCHOOL DOES)
