Can the moderators help figure out how has SPV shortlisted candidates? Is it not based purely on whoever scored more points gets shortlisted? I see people having less points on the shortlist. Also, I notice a gap in awarding points for 4th language proficiency on the points given on DOE link. With the shortlist already out, how can we clarify these things?
