All schools are considering Twins in Siblings category with extra 20 Points.  This point system will further delay admission process.

1. As most of the parents are applying in apprx 20-25 schools in their 8km radius covering half of delhi. All the schools have apprx 70-80 seats for general category and same may be the numbers of the twins applying for the admission in delhi. Due to extra 20 points, each twin will be selected by 20-25 schools in first list with 90 Points but the admission would be in one school only. So remaining all the schools/ parents will wait for the second list on 15-03-2014 to start the actual admission process.
2. This is also unfair to single child.

My suggestion is:

Ask schools to admit both children in the same school in which one child gets admitted through normal process (having 70 points of distance and without extra 20 points of sibling category).
