Use of Documents submitted by Parents after admission process
Hi, A number of schools are asking for all legal document like DOB certificate. Address proof etc before admissions at the time of filing forms. In this way, each school collects thousands of application details. After declaration of result , they admit only a few hundreds among those thousand forms. What would they do with rest of forms and related legal details? Will they return those to related parents by post and all? What if those credential use in any illegal activity after 1 year?
As per rule, they should return those document to related parents. Can we do anything on this for our credential safety?

Someone needs to report this to DOE.. who would be better than Mr Vohra.. Lets see this so called active govt will take what steps..

Vinod is correct because as per the rule the collected document should be returned to parents after the overall procedure. We see these kind of fraud regularly on television and news. I appreciate some good schools like DPS society and Birla Vidya Niketan never ask for these photocopy before.
Can the official body instruct schools to act as per the rule?

I tell you what they do. All the compiled data are very precious and being sold in the market on a good rate because it has information of individuals age, income , location etc. Tele marketers, credit card , fraud companies buy the data and you know how they irritate you to call everytime.. Schools are collecting money in both ways...

Ideally schools should consider admission based on the submitted form only. Photocopies can easily be mis-used. I have seen schools who have asked for upload of the scanned copies in their online process and again asked for photocopies of same to be submitted in school by person. Why do they do it?.

i know this. but those copies should be returned to parents. Do any one has any idea what school bodies did or will do with those copies
