Delhi Govt. tried for very good step.....but its a lot late to come out with some changes in the game plan from them. After starting a process, Delhi Govt. should not have interfered with issues like management quota or points criteria. It could have been better if the following steps were taken from Delhi Govt. side -

1. Standardize the admission process.....thru' online centralized system with option of taking print out Form format from this system (if anybody wants to fill the form in hard copy).

2. There should be pre-decided criteria list given by DOE (if required, changes in rules and regulations could have been made much earlier) with a limit on maximum criteria selection by one school.

3. There should be pre-decided list for % of seat allocation on different heads given by DOE (if required, changes in rules and regulations could have been made much earlier) with a limit on maximum head selection by one school.

4. One common database (software) could have been developed by DOE thru' some reputed IT farm for nursery admission process with all types of options.

But, its our India where nothing happens systematically except scams, tensions for common people, incorrect media interference....etc. God knows what will happen in future days.
